We gladly welcome returns due to a change of mind, provided that the return request reaches us within 7 days from the date of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. Otherwise - 20-50% Restoration Fee Will Be Deducted from Your Purchase Cost based on the condition of the return package. 

Please be aware that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who will also need to arrange the return shipment independently.

Once the returned items are received and their condition is accepted, we will process refunds in the form of store credit, which can be applied to a future purchase. Rest assured, we will notify you via email once this process is completed.

Please note that while we will refund the value of the returned goods, any shipping charges paid initially will not be included in the refund. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

 

3.2 Warranty Returns

We are committed to honoring valid warranty claims, given that the claim is submitted within 90 days from the date of receiving the items.

Customers are kindly requested to cover the initial return shipping costs. However, rest assured, upon the successful processing of the warranty claim, we will reimburse you for these incurred expenses.

Commercial Melangers are typically dispatched within a timeframe of 10 to 25 business days from the date of payment, subject to order processing. Our default shipping mode for Commercial Melangers is Sea Cargo.
